1. L-I Engineer (Technical)

• Graduation/PG in Science or Engineering
• Mandatory Certifications: Security+ / CEH / ECSA / OEM Certification.
• Minimum Experience: 1 year in monitoring & responding to cyber threats.
• Key Skills: Understanding of networking and security concepts; familiarity with common cyber threats and attack vectors; proficiency in using proposed security monitoring tools and SIEM platforms; analytical skills to validate security alerts; good communication and documentation skills; ability to follow established protocols.

2. L-II Engineer (Technical)

• Graduation/PG in Science or Engineering
• Mandatory Certifications: Security+ / ECSA / GCFA / GCFE / CISSP / OEM Certification.
• Minimum Experience: 3 years in Incident Response.
• Key Skills: Strong understanding of networking and security fundamentals; proficiency in analyzing logs and network traffic; experience with malware analysis and reverse engineering; knowledge of scripting and automation (e.g., Python, PowerShell); excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

3. L-III Engineer (Technical)

• Graduation/PG in Science or Engineering
• Mandatory Certifications (02 Certifications Required): In Cyber Security: CISSP / CISM / CISA (Any one) AND In Program Management: ITIL / PMP (Any one).
• Minimum Experience: 8 years in SOC, which must include at least 3 years of experience as a SOC Manager.
• Key Skills: Knowledge of incident response frameworks (NIST, SANS); proficiency in managing SIEM, SOAR, and UEBA; knowledge of security standards (ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA); deep understanding of operating systems and security principles; expertise in digital forensics, malware analysis, and reverse engineering; strong problem-solving and critical decision-making skills under high pressure; continuous learning mindset.
